HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

What happens if no one is home?

Don’t worry, your items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be taken to your local post office, where you can collect it.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Don’t worry. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it is 300% secure. Here’s why:
First, the site you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the little padlock on the left of the URL confirms this). Most websites secure only their “checkout” pages. On our site, EVERY PAGE is secured and protected from hacking or malware.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can currently pay by credit card or via PayPal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it, and we will fully refund the price of the item once it arrives back to us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
